New Old Stock.  We have had this Helmstetter in our inventory since the late 1990's.  There was a flaw in the Irish Linen wrap which kept us from offering it for sale.  We recently sent the cue to Jacoby Custom Cues to have a new Irish Linen wrap installed.  The cue is now perfect and is available for sale.  We do not have the original shaft, so this cue is available with your choice of shaft. 

The Helmstetter 98-10 was Helmstetter's top of the line cue at the time.  This cue features 8 ebony points with mother of pearl dot inlays set in very highly figured birdseye maple.  The amount of figure in the birdseye maple is very impressive.  The butt sleeve features eight birdseye maple windows with ebony dot inlays, ringwork and 16 mother of pearl inlays.  This is a great example of a high end Helmstetter Cue. 

This Helmstetter cue was built in the Adams Custom Japan factory; known for their excellent craftsmanship.
